File Cabinet Full of Good Things

An open file cabinet overflows with radiant signs of delight: blooming roses, a bright rainbow, a small airplane, and streams of light pouring upward from the drawer. The ordinary office cabinet becomes a visual parable of stored blessing, as if the records of daily life have been opened to reveal gifts of beauty, promise, travel, hope, and providence.

The rainbow points to God’s covenant faithfulness in Genesis, while the abundance spilling from the drawer echoes the biblical confession that “every good and perfect gift” comes from above. This symbolic composition works well for Christian teaching on gratitude, answered prayer, God’s provision, and remembering the good things the Lord has done.
